Ingredients

3 eggs

3 oz cream cheese (at room temperature)

1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar

1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Separate the eggs, the whites in a bowl and the yolks in other.
4. Beat the egg whites with the cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
5. Mix the cream cheese with the egg yolks until you get a smooth texture.
6. Gently & slowly fold the egg whites into the cream cheese yolk mixture using a spatula.
7. Scoop the mixture into six circular shapes onto the parchment paper.
8. Sprinkle pink salt or any condiments you love on the top of each Oopsie bread.
9. Bake 30-35 minutes, until golden & fluffy.
